Heart is Home Cooperative Care is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide to assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene in the comfort of their homes.

You will support mobility, provide incontinence care as needed, and help clients remain independent while maintaining privacy and dignity. Collaboration with the care team ensures high-quality, respectful care and meaningful client relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Personal Care Aide or similar role.
• Patient, respectful approach to client dignity.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety instructions.
• Reliable with good documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility and transfers with proper body mechanics.
• Provide toileting and continence care as needed.
• Observe changes and report to the care team.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
• Offer companionship and support during daily activities.
• Encourage independence and meaningful daily participation.
