Job summary

Guthrie is seeking a Personal Care Aide for its Personal Care Home in a full-time evening position. You will assist residents with daily activities, medication administration, meals, and safety, while promoting dignity and independence in a compassionate team setting.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old. CPR/First Aid and medication administration training will be provided or may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certifications preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Assist with Medication Administration.
• Assist in serving meals and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
• Make rounds, respond to call bells promptly, and monitor resident needs.
