Job summary

A&C Private Home Care is seeking Personal Care Aides to enrich lives through compassionate, one-on-one support across Georgia. You will provide personalized care, assist with daily tasks, and build meaningful relationships with clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (Preferred).
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to manage and organize clients' routines effectively.
• Ability to assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and meals.

Responsibilities

• Provide immobile, recovering, or frail clients with support, company, and comfort.
• Report changes in the physical, mental, and emotional conditions of clients to relevant parties.
• Provide support with personal hygiene, including bathroom visits, bathing, dressing, and brushing teeth.
• Engage clients in suitable activities, such as playing games, taking walks, or having conversations.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and preparing meals.
• Assist clients with household finances, bills, and payments, as well as running errands.
• Accompany clients on outings and arranging transportation to medical appointments.
• Provide mobility support, including assistance with walking aids and wheelchairs.
• Maintaining a hygienic, tidy, and safe environment.
