Job summary

A&C Private Home Care is seeking Personal Care Aides who bring compassion and reliability to Georgia's clients. Join a supportive team and provide one-on-one care, assist with daily tasks, and help clients stay safe and comfortable at home.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay at $15–$16 per hour, benefits, and training to ensure high-quality care. CPR certification and TB testing are requested, with training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability is expected.
• Ability to manage and organize clients' routines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide immobile, recovering, or frail clients with support, company and comfort.
• Report changes in clients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to relevant parties.
• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing and dressing.
• Engage clients in activities such as games, walks, or conversations.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties including cleaning and laundry.
