Job summary

A&C Private Home Care in Georgia is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to enrich the lives of clients with personalized support. You will assist with daily tasks, hygiene, meals, and mobility, while building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to manage and organize clients' routines effectively.
• Ability to assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and running errands.

Responsibilities

• Provide immobile, recovering, or frail clients with support, company and comfort.
• Report changes in clients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to relevant parties.
• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Engage clients in activities such as games, walks, or conversations.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Assist with finances, bills, and errands.
• Accompany clients to appointments and arrange transportation.
• Provide mobility support with walking aids and wheelchairs.
• Maintain a hygienic, tidy, and safe environment.
