Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Blake at Biloxi to support residents with daily living activities, companionship, and engagement in a warm, resort-style senior living community.

Responsibilities include reporting health changes, documenting progress, light housekeeping, assisting with dining, and activities to keep residents engaged. We offer a competitive wage and an excellent benefits package, with shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• CNA certification preferred but not required unless state requires.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports residents with daily living activities and companionship.
• Reports changes in health and status and records progress.
• Assists residents with memory and performance programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Assists with dining and engagement activities.
