Job summary

Willcare, a part of LHC Group within the Optum family, seeks a Per Diem Personal Care Assistant I or II to provide environmental, nutritional and personal care support in the client’s home. You’ll work to help clients maintain independence and safety while receiving compassionate, patient-centered care.

The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, meal preparation, medication reminders, and coordination of transport for appointments, with on-call or flexible scheduling as needed.
