Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum eligibility requires the ability to read, write and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Independently record vital signs (temp, pulse, resp, BP).
• Assist with patient care under RN supervision and ensure asepsis.
• Assist admissions, transfers and discharges; transport equipment and specimens.
• Support personal hygiene, feeding, and comfort of patients.
• Participate in care conferences and communicate patient information to the nurse.
