Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: meals, bathing, grooming, hygiene and elimination.
• Record initial and ongoing patient information including vitals and admissions data.
• Support nursing staff to maintain a clean, safe patient care environment.
• Assist with patient mobility and specimen collection under supervision.
