Job summary

Logan Square Enhanced Senior Living is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents and assist the licensed care team. The role emphasizes compassionate care, dignity, and meaningful daily interaction, aligned with our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification/license in Pennsylvania required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed and certified staff in providing quality resident care and support.
• Make beds and maintain tidy, organized resident rooms.
• Ensure call bells, bed controls, and essential items are within the resident's reach.
• Assist with serving drinks, snacks, and meals in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Provide companionship and socialization to support emotional well-being and engagement.
• Answer phones and assist nursing staff with communication needs as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident care areas as assigned.
• Support residents with comfort-focused tasks to enhance their daily living experience.

Education
