Job summary

Logan Square Enhanced Senior Living in Philadelphia is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents and the licensed care team. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and PRN with Daily Pay and competitive hourly wages.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification/license in Pennsylvania required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed staff in providing resident care and support.
• Make beds and keep resident rooms tidy.
• Ensure call bells and bed controls are reachable by residents.
• Assist with serving drinks, snacks and meals following facility guidelines.
• Provide companionship and social interaction to support emotional well-being.
• Answer phones and assist nursing staff with communications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of care areas.
• Support residents with comfort-focused daily living tasks.
