Job summary

Eminence Home Care seeks dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide compassionate in-home care to clients in New Hampshire, with a $500 sign-on bonus and hourly pay of $19.00–$22.00.

As a PCA, you will support daily personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship, helping clients maintain independence in a safe, respectful home. We value reliability, empathy, strong communication, and teamwork, with flexible shifts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a related role preferred.
• Strong empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual and possess strong organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations and a negative TB test.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Support with meal planning and preparation based on dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and ensure a clean living environment.
