Job summary

Eminence Home Care is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide compassionate care in the homes of our clients. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

You will support clients with daily activities, mobility, meals, and companionship while promoting independence in a safe, nurturing home setting. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, vaccination proof, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care routines (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.

• Support with meal planning and preparation per dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean living environment.
