Decena Home Care is seeking a full-time Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide hands-on daily living support for clients. This role involves assisting with bathing, dressing, and meal planning, as well as monitoring clients' health.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a PCA, caregiver, HHA, or CNA is a plus—but we’ll train the right heart.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, and safe transfers.
• Guide ambulation and plan simple meals.
• Monitor hydration and give timely medication reminders.
