Job summary

Green Leaf Care Center in Lillington, NC is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide direct resident care and emotional support in an Assisted Living setting. You will follow each resident's care plan and be guided by supervisors to ensure safety and comfort.

The role offers full-time shifts (3:00p–11:00p and 11:00p–7:00a) with starting pay at $13.00 per hour, along with benefits eligibility after 30 days and a comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, and 401K options.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident’s care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
• Provide a safe environment and give emotional and social support to residents in an Assisted Living setting.
