Job summary

Green Leaf Care Center is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on assistance in an Assisted Living setting at 2041 NC HWY 210 N, Lillington, NC 27546. The role emphasizes safety, emotional support, and comfort for residents with a focus on quality of life.

You will work full time with shifts including 3:00p–11:00p and 11:00p–7:00a, earning starting pay of $13.00 per hour. The facility offers comprehensive benefits, on-demand/weekly pay, PTO, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent. Completion of required coursework with demonstration of competency.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe environment, give emotional and social support, and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort.
• Perform direct care to residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident’s care plan and supervisor instructions.
