Job summary

Accurate Home Care in Big Lake, MN is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/CFSS Support Worker/RESPITE to assist patients with daily living activities under supervision of a Qualified Professional to help maintain health status and independence. You will follow care plans and report changes as needed.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and compassion toward clients are essential.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance per the patient care plan.
• Communicate with Clinical Manager and scheduling team.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing).
• Perform light housework and support independent living.
• Report changes or concerns to Clinical Manager.
