Job summary

Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to help clients live independently at home with compassion and high-quality care. You will provide personal care and companionship, supporting clients to maintain their comfort and dignity.

The position offers competitive hourly pay ($16–$17), flexible full-time or part-time schedules, next-day pay, paid training, and benefits in Huntersville, Charlotte, and Lake Norman areas.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of caregiving, healthcare, or related field experience preferred (certifications in CNA, PCA, or HHA a plus).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; ability to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with daily living activities including meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Support clients with mobility issues or disabilities.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
