About U Inc. is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our Minnesota team. You will provide direct care and assist with daily living activities for individuals with disabilities in a respectful, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include aiding transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and logging hours via the Electronic Verification Visit App. We offer growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend and stoop to care for clients.
• Complete required PCA certification through the Department of Human Services.

Mansioni

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a respectful and compassionate manner.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as transferring, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
