Elara Caring in Texas is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide PCA for our Veteran Program. Earn hourly pay up to $15/hr and daily pay options to access earnings quickly.

We are urgently hiring and offer flexible scheduling based on your availability. As a Caregiver, you’ll provide personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship to veterans and other clients, helping improve quality of life with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend and assist clients up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
