Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide in-home care. The role offers hourly pay starting at $13.50/hr with daily pay options, and urgent hiring for compassionate caregivers. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meal support, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments, aiming to keep clients safe and comfortable at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.

• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable).
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
