Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide compassionate in-home support. You will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meals, and daily living activities, helping clients maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping and transportation to appointments.
