Job summary

Reston Hospital Center is seeking a compassionate Patient Transporter to provide clinical support to patients of all populations. You will transport patients throughout the hospital and ensure the cleanliness of stretchers, wheelchairs and transport devices.

Must obtain Basic Life Support within 30 days of start date and previous hospital experience is preferred. Join our team and contribute to patient care and safety in a family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Previous hospital experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will transport patients throughout the hospital.
• You will inform and explain to patients all procedures, preparations and examinations.
• You will maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness of stretchers, wheelchairs and transport devices.
