Responsibilities include transporting patients to appointments and programming, maintaining safety and confidentiality, and coordinating with clinical staff to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record per company insurance requirements.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor in patient-facing situations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, programming, and discharge destinations.
• Ensure on-time transport aligned with schedules and facility needs.
• Maintain patient safety, dignity, confidentiality, and professional boundaries during transports.
• Provide reassurance and support to patients while following safety protocols.
• Operate vehicles in compliance with laws and policies; keep vehicles clean and stocked.
• Report maintenance needs, incidents, or safety concerns promptly; follow safety protocols.
