Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Patient Transporter to move patients safely within the Tucson campus, including to imaging, testing, and discharge areas. You will support patient comfort, privacy, and clear communication with care teams during transport.

You will assist patients in and out of wheelchairs and stretchers, follow proper lifting techniques, maintain infection control, and document transport activities in logs or digital systems for accurate care records.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year healthcare or patient support experience.

• Transport patients between departments maintaining comfort and dignity.
• Assist patients in and out of wheelchairs, stretchers, or beds with proper lifting techniques.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and physicians to prioritize transport needs.
