Qualifications

• Finger Print Scan must be cleared.
• Background check and drug test required.
• COVID-19 vaccination not required but recommended.

• Verify patient identification using two identifiers.
• Utilize proper body mechanics when lifting and transferring patients.
• Notify staff on arrival and coordinate handoffs.
• Follow isolation precautions and maintain patient confidentiality.
