Job summary

TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Full Time Day Shift Patient Transportation Tech. Responsibilities include transporting patients, assisting with arrivals/departures, transporting supplies and specimens, and supporting nursing units and procedure areas.

Requires a High School Diploma, BLS or ability to obtain, and strong verbal/written communication. CPR certification and radio usage skills are a plus. Benefits package and shift differentials apply.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
BLS certification or ability to obtain it.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Transport patients to and from nursing units, procedure and testing areas, therapy and laboratory locations.
Assist patients arriving and departing from hospital, and handle specimens, supplies and medication as needed.
Move patients using proper techniques and ensure patient comfort and safety during transport.
Assist in handling and transporting equipment, maintaining care and condition.
Adhere to department policies, timelines, and infection control guidelines.
Maintain service excellence as outlined by TriHealth.
