Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and phone literacy.
• CPR certification via course.
• Ability to operate two-way radio.
• Up to 1 year of related healthcare transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients and supplies between hospital areas.
• Follow department safety policies and time standards.
• Assist in moving patients and equipment as directed by dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control of equipment and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with staff using two-way radio.
