EMED Group is seeking an Ambulance Care Assistant to join their Burton team. You will help transport patients to and from appointments and between care facilities, either with a colleague or independently. A full UK manual driving licence and good physical fitness for manual handling are required.

Qualifications

• Valid UK manual driving licence is required.
• Candidate should be compassionate and reliable.
• Experience in care (HCA, support worker) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from appointments and between facilities, solo or with a colleague.
• Assist with patient handling, lifting, and transfers in hospital or ambulance settings.
• Build rapport with patients and relatives; communicate effectively.
