Responsibilities

• Escorts/transports patients safely, professionally, courteously and in a timely manner in hospital and clinics.
• Provides transfer assistance to nursing and patient care staff with proper patient identification and safety checks.
• Maintains equipment cleanliness and safety, reports defects, and keeps a clean, safe workplace.
• Uses patient tracking to identify milestones and coordinates with care teams to minimize delays.
• Maintains professional demeanor, adheres to policies, and participates in trainings to enhance growth.
