Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency; one year experience may be substituted.
• Copy of recent vehicle insurance required.
• All drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and meet company driving qualifications, including age 25+ and medical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Transport participants to and from destinations with high customer satisfaction.
• Follow traffic and safety regulations while operating vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip inspections on vehicles and assist participants in boarding and exiting.
• Assist participants in getting in/out of vehicles and transferring in/out of wheelchairs.
• Update Transportation Supervisor on changes in a participant’s condition or psychosocial status.
