Job summary

WelbeHealth, LLC. is seeking Drivers to transport Pace participants safely, maintain inspections, and assist with mobility needs. You will follow safety rules, communicate with dispatch, and ensure high satisfaction on every ride.

Compensation includes base pay plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. A vaccination policy applies and 401(k) matching is offered; actual compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency; 1 year of experience may be substituted.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet company driving qualifications.
• Available to work a variable schedule including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in non-emergency transportation or public transportation preferred.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred.
• Comfortable using technology.

Responsibilities

• Transport participants to and from destinations with high customer satisfaction.
• Follow traffic and safety regulations while operating vehicles.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-inspections on assigned vehicles including lift vans, ADA minibuses, and ambulatory vehicles.
• Assist participants getting in and out of vehicles, and transferring from wheelchairs.
• Remain alert to input from team members, participants, and caregivers and update Transportation Supervisor of changes.
