Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick-up, and in-between meal delivery.
• Take patients' menu selections prior to each meal and ensure dietary restrictions are respected.
• Assemble trays accurately according to menu tickets and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work environment and follow safety and HACCP guidelines.
