This full-time role covers Friday-Saturday nights 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM with rotating holidays and trains you for a career in healthcare. You’ll be the first friendly face patients meet at check-in, helping with registration, answering questions, and gathering information quickly in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across multiple computer systems efficiently.
• Answer phones and gather information quickly and accurately.
• Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused.
• Navigate insurance plans and coverage details with training.
• Support clinical teams during urgent care interruptions.
• Build rapport and ease patient concerns in real time.
