Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide constant observation for patient safety and comfort.
• Assist with feeding, including tray setup and food preparation for patients.
• Document activities, feeding and observations during shifts.
• Collaborate with other health care staff and communicate patient needs.
• Support mobility and ambulation with appropriate devices as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure patient safety during meals and activities.
• Adapt to changes in assignment and work as part of a team.
