Job summary

Humboldt General Hospital in Winnemucca, NV is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with menu adherence, tray line preparation, and sanitation. You will help set up and serve the cafeteria, and perform cashier duties as needed.

The role requires reading and speaking English, with a preference for applicants holding a High School Diploma and ServSafe certification. This is a day shift, per diem position with no mandatory travel.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understandably speak the English language.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow menus and patient diets on the tray line and ensure accurate preparation.
• Prepare and portion salads, desserts, sandwiches and other items per menu and procedures.
• Deliver nourishment and food carts to nursing units and return carts to the kitchen.
