Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full time and part time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Baptist Pensacola in Pensacola, FL. Online applications accepted only.

As a patient dining team member, you’ll assist with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and support patient safety and satisfaction goals. Training is provided; weekend and holiday requirements may apply, and prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions.
• Assemble meals, manage tray tickets, and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Adhere to HIPAA, HACCP, and facility policies; maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Communicate concerns to appropriate personnel and complete reports as required.
