PATIENT DINING ASSOCIATE - DIETARY AIDE (FULL TIME)

Join our team at Compass One Healthcare as a Patient Dining Associate - Dietary Aide (Full Time).

Job Details

• Location: Baptist Hospital Pensacola - 123 Baptist Way, Pensacola, FL 32501. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts, including rotating weekends; open availability preferred.
• Pay Range: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are met.
• Coordinate with nursing and culinary staff to manage meal trays and delivery.
• Follow regulatory standards and hospital policies, including HIPAA, HACCP, and infection control.
• Support dietitians in monitoring special diets and patient needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and maneuver food carts.
