Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full time and part time PATIENT DINING ASSOCIATE (DIETARY AIDE) positions at Atrium Navicent Macon in Macon, GA. You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meal trays, and support dietary services in a fast-paced hospital setting.

We offer 12-hour shifts, competitive pay of $18.85 per hour, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide healthcare dining program.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, or preferences.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals accurately, retrieving trays on schedule.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain sanitation and HIPAA compliance.
