Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service experience required.
• Medical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and input patient information accurately.
• Assist patients with registration and check‑in processes.
• Navigate multiple screens and programs while collecting data.
• Support clinicians during emergent interruptions to registration.
• Provide compassionate service to patients who may be anxious.
