Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Nursing program may be considered.
• Knowledge of basic patient care practices and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Collects and records vital signs, intake/output, and reports findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Supports patients with meals, bathing, grooming, and activities of daily living.
• Assists with mobility, positioning, and use of walkers or wheelchairs.
• Performs urine/stool collection and glucose monitoring as directed.
• Maintains infection control and safety protocols and communicates effectively.
