Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Collect and record patient data such as vital signs, intake/output, and glucose monitoring.
• Support activities of daily living: meals, bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Communicate patient information effectively to the care team and document findings.
