Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in acute care or nursing program enrollment preferred
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire required
• CNA certification preferred or actively pursuing certification

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Collect and document vital signs, intake/output, and nutrition data
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, linen changes, and mobility
• Support patient positioning and use of mobility aids
• Report patient data and concerns to RN/LPN promptly
