UChicago Medicine AdventHealth in La Grange, IL seeks a part-time Patient Care Technician to support patient care and safety under supervision. Schedule: 24 hours/week, days, with rotating weekends and holidays. You will assist in procedures, communicate with patients and team, and help maintain a safe environment.

Requirements include a CNA/CPCT/A credential or equivalent, BLS, and a high school diploma. Prior bedside care is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPCT/A, CNA, or similar certification is required by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care under RN supervision.
• Communicates effectively with patients and healthcare team.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Documents procedures as required by policy.
