Responsibilities

• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, discharges and transportation.
• Assist nurses with procedures while maintaining patient comfort and safety.
• Perform EKG procedures and maintain related equipment.
• Collect blood samples via venipuncture or fingerstick and ensure proper sample handling.
• Demonstrate knowledge of age-appropriate patient care and patient rights.
