Baptist Health - Central Alabama in Prattville is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join the patient care team on the third shift. You will assist RNs, LPNs, and physicians with routine and non-complex patient care tasks and support the care team in daily rounds and basic procedures.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA/HOSA program preferred, and BLS certification. Prior clinical rotation or relevant acute care/home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate from CNA or Health Occupations Program preferred.
• First clinical rotation completed or 1 year in patient care in acute care or similar setting preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of body mechanics and basic safety.

Responsabilités

• Assist in routine and non-complex aspects of patient care.
• Support RNs, LPNs, and physicians in the patient care process.
• Perform duties within scope of the role as assigned.
