Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Annual Workplace Violence Prevention Program/Certificate within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• California State Nurse Assistant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient call signals and determine needs.
• Provide physical support for daily living activities.
• Review dietary restrictions and allergies to ensure appropriate diet.
• Measure and record intake and output; report changes.
