Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to assist registered nurses in delivering direct patient care. You will support activities of daily living, monitor patient status, and help maintain a safe, clean environment on the unit.

Under supervision, you will perform delegated nursing tasks, record vitals, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed. Join a team focused on compassionate care and patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with preference for healthcare exposure.
• Experience communicating basic patient care instructions.
• Ability to support nursing tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN/LPN with direct patient care and delegated procedures.
• Support activities of daily living and patient comfort.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient rooms and document weights and vital signs.
