Responsibilities

• Provide for care, comfort, and safety of assigned patients under nurse supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Document vital signs, intake/output, and routine measurements.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Maintain clean and stocked patient rooms and equipment.
• Use electronic medical records as trained.
