Responsibilities

• Assist with routine patient care, comfort, hygiene, mobility and delegated tasks.
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and observations.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and transport as needed.
• Maintain infection control, privacy, and safety in all care activities.
• Document care thoroughly in the medical record and communicate with team.
